Its not everyday you have a brother and sister in law who decide to take a leap of faith and take on a business venture like this, but here we are. With over a combined 20 years working in the restaurant industry and an entrepreneur’s vision, it was an easy decision for us to take over Up in Smoke BBQ. After months of training and the making of our new revamped menu we consider our recipes and home made BBQ sauces some of the best in CT!
At Up in Smoke BBQ our mission is simple; to prepare high quality food at an affordable price that will put a smile on your face and keep you refilling your plates!
ABOUT THE BUSINESS
We currently do not have an actual storefront, we are focusing our efforts on catering which is done out of our mobile food truck. Meats are smoked anywhere up to 24 hours in our four chamber smoker. We use a mix of apple and cherry woods giving our meats a sweet smoky taste that compliment our delicious house made rubs and sauces. Using only fresh and high quality ingredients, we strive to provide you with an awesome and authentic backyard BBQ experience.
